This 2900 square foot executive home is situated in the gated golf community of Ridgewood Lakes 10 minutes from Disney. In addition to the course at Ridgewood Lakes(www.ridgewoodlakesgolf.com), there are several other championship golf courses only minutes away. The David Leadbetter school of golf is located five minutes away at Champions Gate(www.championsgategolf.com). In addition to great golf, there is excellent shopping. A major shopping centre is being constructed just outside the gates of Ridgewood Lakes and there are already major department stores open including Target and Best Buy. Factory outlets are only 15 minutes away. There are several day spas within the area. Whether you are visiting with family or friends you will find plenty to do within minutes of our home. The beaches of the Gulf coast are 50 miles away. It is a short jaunt to the beach or to watch the Tampa Bay Lightning if you're a hockey fan. Busch Gardens at Tampa Bay is 40 minutes away and would be the furthest theme park. All other theme parks are less that 25 minutes away, the next furthest being Universal Studios. Coco Beach and the Kennedy Space Centre are an easy day outing as both are under an hour away.
The house itself is professionally decorated to the highest standards and furnished for comfort and pleasure. There are two masters featuring king size beds. The main master has a large ensuite with Jacuzzi tub and large two head shower stall with body massage nozzles. All bedrooms feature flat screen televisions with built in DVD players. The living room off the kitchen features a large flat screen and PS3. Some games are provided. The games room including pool table and dart board is located in the garage. The private den or study has highspeed internet and wireless is available throughout the home for your convenience. The swimming pool and spa are South West facing to ensure sun for most of the day. The kitchen is fully equipped for your stay and features stainless steel appliances and gas range. Our price per night includes pool heat. Our property manager can provide additional cleaning or food delivery for your arrival for an additional fee. The property manager is available 24 hours to address your needs.
